Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, contact details, property or search preferences, and message. We also collect limited technical information needed to protect the form from abuse.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to you and provide the real estate guidance you requested. Leads are stored in a private Google Sheet and a protected Cloudflare database, and a notification is emailed to Derek Jesiolowski. We do not sell your personal information.

Measurement

We use first-party, cookie-free event measurement to understand which pages and inquiry paths are useful. It records page paths, referral hostnames, campaign tags, and interaction labels, not advertising profiles.

Retention and choices

We retain information as reasonably needed for the inquiry, business records, and legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email dj@serhant.com.

Service providers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, and form processing. Google Workspace provides the private lead sheet and email notification. Their services are governed by their own privacy terms.
